We sincerely look forward to welcoming you to the Oxford Hong Kong Forum 2021.
During the Forum, you will have complete access to:
The full landing page will be available one day before the Forum. We will send a follow-up reminder email to you. Since the live events are mostly concurrent, we recommend to plan your Programme ahead. We are honoured to host a number of eminent speakers who deliver eventful programmes and we definitely want you to make the most out of the Forum. The registration for workshops are also now open. They have limited capacity with a first-come-first-serve basis. Technical FAQs Q: What do I need to access the Forum? A: We recommend using Google Chrome on a desktop computer for best experience. You can also install the latest Zoom as all live sessions will be hosted there. However, the minimum pre-requisite is a web browser that is connected to Internet (e.g. Kindle Fire or any tablet will work fine). Q: Do I need a microphone and a camera to join? A: In live plenaries and keynote panels, participants will not be able to turn on their microphones and cameras—but you can ask questions in the Q&A box. In live networking events and workshops, we highly recommend to have your microphone and camera ready as these make the session more interactive. Q: What are on-demand talks? A: For a virtual conference targeted towards a global audience, it is difficult to host many live sessions which fit everyone's schedules. Therefore, some of the speakers have pre-recorded their talks and they are made available throughout the duration of Forum. You are free to watch them anytime you wish in the two days. Q: I need more help with the tech! A: For now, please use the contact form to send in your questions. During the Forum, there will be a live chat box available on this webpage, and also there is a host in each live session to assist you. Please be patient if we cannot get back to you at the first moment. |
