Biography

Joy Lam serves as the Circular Economy Director at the LEGO Group based in Denmark. She leads the group on progressive and innovative ways to build circular business and products. Former to LEGO, Joy was the Head of Sustainability Office at the University of Hong Kong. In the role, she led the development and strategic execution of sustainability at the university, work with multi-stakeholders to collaboratively develop and realise HKU’s institutional vision, commitments, and goals to integrate principles of sustainability into all aspects of the university. Joy holds a Master of Science degree in Biodiversity, Conservation and Management at University of Oxford.
